Kernel Recompile

Recompiled kernel on the e550 server (Debian GNU/Linux 2.2). One of the modifications included compiling in static support for parallel devices, which will eliminate the time needed to load the device driver modules into memory when needed and result in faster response times. No kernel recompiles are needed for any other servers.
